When it comes to Ottoman cuisine, food art, food culture, table richness, food diversity come to mind. From the time of Fatih, when Topkapı Palace was built, meals were cooked in the kitchens called Matbah-ı Amire. There were units such as Has Mutfak, Ağalar Cuisine, Divan Cuisine, Helvahane, Pantry, and Kalayhane affiliated to Matbah-ı Amire. Various tools were used in the Ottoman Empire according to the palace food and beverage culture.
In the Turks, coppersmithing has been one of the traditional professions where copper is processed with various techniques and turned into kitchenware. The rich culinary culture of Anatolia has increased the variety of the items used and these items are generally decorated with floral and geometric motifs. Copper cauldrons and forged round type halva pots with lids, which constitute an important group in Ottoman cuisine, were especially preferred by chefs and used in their presentations.
The patterns on the Şükür Lidded Bowl are inspired by rumi, geometric and floral motifs.
Şükür Lidded Bowl is made of hand made glass and all the relief patterns on it are handcrafted and decorated using 24 carat gold.

Production is limited to 2,000.
