Excavations in Yazılıkaya area, located within the borders of Çorum, started with Boğazköy in 1931 and continued intermittently until the 21st century. Yazılıkaya is one of the most important monumental works from the Hittite period.
The Hittites were members of a polytheistic religion as a religious belief. According to this polytheistic belief, there were Gods and Goddesses. The patterns found in the Twelve God Mini Vase are inspired by the reliefs of 12 Gods found in the Yazılıkaya – Hittite open-air temple, made between natural rocks. Twelve God Mini Vase is made of hand-made glass, all of the relief patterns on it are handcrafted, decorated using gold and antique.
